ssic ceramic

Sintered Silicon carbide Ceramic(SSIC) is produced from pure SiC powder with non-oxide sintering aids. Conventional ceramic forming processes are used and the material is sintered in an inert atmosphere at temperatures up to 2000 degree or higher.

Silicon Carbide Seal Ring is distinguished by high strength that stays nearly constant up to very high temperatures (1,600° C), maintaining that strength over long periods.

Some applications for SSIC ceramic is as follows.

-seals ring in chemical pumps
-Bearing Bushes
-High Temperature Burner Nozzles
– Thin Thickness Kiln Furniture for Very High Temperatures
-machined part according to your requirement
